| Dr.
Bob Ripp, Director of the Early Learning Academy and Migrant Education Program Director, has been employed
with Lexington Public Schools since September, 2003. With over 30
years experience in education, he has served as a teacher, principal
and chief school administrator and has worked in both public and
parochial education. In addition to Nebraska, his career in education
includes service in the states of Colorado, Iowa, and Wyoming. Bob and
his wife, Linda, have five grown children and twelve grandchildren.
Dr. Ripp states that his primary goal as an administrator is "to be of
service to others and

| work cooperatively with people both in and
outside the school system to create a climate and support system in
which students and faculty can excel in teaching and learning." |

| Luz Marina Arboldea, Director of Pathways Grant, has been employed with Lexington Public Schools since February 2007. With 25 years experience in education, she has served as a teacher from preschool teacher to University professor. She is married with two sons. Her older son is a musician and the youngest is a biologist. Both of them make their home in Columbia. "Working with people is my passion" she says.

| Sherri
Morton is our Central Office Receptionist and the Special Education Department Secretary. She works closely with
the Special Education Director providing support to SPED staff members, maintaing Special Education student information on Power School and is responsible for the management and upkeep of SPED student files. Sherri also assists the Registrar with enrolling new and returning students to the district. Sherri provides a support position to the entire Central Office
staff, as well as the building staff, students and families. "Delivering outstanding customer service and support to
students, families and the district staff is her daily goal." She has been with

| Mr. Hardy Moreno has been employed as the
District Interpreter/Translator since August of 1996 and has also been
registering children at all grade levels since August of 1999. His
employment as the District Translator was gained after taking a series
of both written and oral tests in both interpretation and translation
as a part of the job application. When it comes to translation,
"Utmost Accuracy and Fidelity on Time" is his motto. | Mr. Hardy Moreno

| Alma Becerra is our Migrant Recruiter/Community Liaison. Alma and her family, being migrant themselves, moved here from California in 1995. Alma has worked for the school district since 1998, first at Morton Elementary as a Para, then in August, 2000 she came to work at the Central Office. The Migrant program helps Migrant families with schooling and adjusting to a new community. If you have recently moved into the district and are working or have worked in any Agricultural related
