      In order to be a substitute teacher for Lexington Public Schools we will need to following information from you:
                1.  Copy of your Current Certificate
                2.   Copy of your Driver's License and Social Security Card
                3.  Proper Employment paperwork filled out including W-4, I-9, and a direct deposit form.



      Lexington Public Schools Substitute pay rate is $85.00 per day for the first 20 days and starting on the 21st day the pay rate is 1/185th of the
      current base pay.  For the 2007-08 school year this equals $161.76 per day.
