The Ruth Edna Reynolds Montgomery Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was established by the family of Ruth Edna Reynolds
Montgomery in her memory and to honor her years as a teacher and
missionary.
Qualifications
This award will be given to a graduating senior who is planning to
further their education, at a post secondary college at the University,
preferably in the area of teaching or missionary work. You
will be judged on your leadership, character and service to the school
and community as well as your scholastic ability to do college work.
Instructions
Complete the common application. Also provide two letters of
recommendation to be completed by teachers whose classes you have
completed or
are currently enrolled in. Attach a recent photograph.
Limitations
You will not be considered if you are the recipient of another local
scholarship. Payment will be made upon proof of 1st semester
completion and 2nd semester enrollment at an accredited institution.
This scholarship will be based on the amount of interest that has accrued, not to exceed $500.
