and you will need to sign your name in the planner. It is
expected that each child return their planner signed each day to school.
Friday Folders
- Your child's work will be returned for you and your child to look
through in their Friday Folders. Students will take their folder
home on Friday and it is expected that the empty folder be returned
the following Monday. Please take time to look through and
discuss the work with your child.
Book Orders
- Book orders will be sent home with your child approximately once a
month. This allows you to purchase quality books at a reasonable
price. If you would like to order books, please send cash or a
check (Please make checks to Scholastic) with your child by the due
date on the order form.
Homework
- All homework assignments will be written in your child's
planner. Please have your child return the homework the next day
to school.

volunteering could include reading with students, helping with lessons,
assistance in preparing materials for the classroom (i.e. cutting,
sorting, etc.), field trips, parties, or other interests and ideas you
may have.

special photos or memorabilia to share with the class during their week
