Pershing Elementary School
Mrs. Mostek is my name and teaching 5th grade is my
game. Yes,
that's right, I teach 5th grade at Pershing Elementary. I taught at Bryan for five years and then transfered to Pershing! I can hardly believe it
myself. I have enjoyed teaching these past years. I graduated
from UNK with a B.A. in Elementary Education and also received an endorsed in ESL. It is
quit a delight watching the students grow educationally and change into
ladies and gentlemen everyday. That is why teaching is so very
special and rewarding to me.
Now as for my family, I
am married to a fun loving and supporting husband whose name is Patrick
and we have 3 children, Anthony 19, MacKayla 16, and Nickolas 12.
Anthony is attending UNL.
MacKayla a Sophmore and has found her love for volleyball and basketball like, Mrs.
Dorsey, her aunt. Nickolas a 6th grader who likes school and playing
with friends. As
for enjoyment, I like to spent quality time with my family, playing
cards, shopping, painting and like living on my grandparents farm north
of Elm Creek.
I have an open door policy at school any time you
would like to visit or stop in and see the class in action feel free.
